Built for the relationship behind every deal.

Founded in Chicago in 2023 by people who have managed professional networks the hard way.

"I kept a spreadsheet for three years to track follow-ups. Then I stopped, and I started losing deals I never knew I was losing. The relationships had gone cold. I never even noticed."

That is the moment Vinly started. Not as a business idea but as a frustration with a gap I could not find a tool to fill. Existing CRMs were built for sales pipelines, not for the ongoing warmth of a professional network. I needed something that would notice the silence before I did.

We founded Vinly in Chicago in 2023 with a simple premise: the most important relationships in a founder or bizdev professional's life are not in a Salesforce pipeline. They are the warm contacts who would make an intro, join an advisory board, or send a referral if you just stayed in touch. But staying in touch requires intention and memory that most people do not have bandwidth for.

We took angel backing in late 2025 from investors who had the same problem. The team is small, Chicago-based, and focused on one thing: making your professional network warmer without making it feel like work.

We built the tool we needed. Now we are making it available to everyone managing a professional network for growth.

What we believe

Relationships over reach

We measure success by depth, not volume. A hundred cold contacts is not a network. Ten warm ones are.

Honest AI

The AI helps you stay present. It does not pretend to be you. Every draft is a starting point, not a finished message. Your voice is yours.

Tools that disappear

The best products get out of the way. Vinly should feel invisible when your network is warm. You should only notice it when you need it.

We are building something we wish we had.
